Campus Dive’s counselor accounts are designed to help you efficiently manage and empower your students’ college search process. With a counselor subscription, you’ll get:

  • Access for you and up to 100 students

  • A custom join link for easy student onboarding

  • Student management dashboard

Managing Student Access

Student management is streamlined through a simple join link system. Here’s how to get started:

1. Access Your Organization Dashboard

Navigate to your Organization page by clicking Organization in the top navigation bar of your Campus Dive dashboard.

2. Manage Your Join Link

On your Organization page, you’ll find your custom join link. You can:

  • Customize the link to match your organization’s name

  • Copy the link with one click

  • Share it with your students to grant them immediate access

  • View a list of all students who have signed up using your link

  • Join link management

Best Practices

  • Share the join link in your welcome materials or student communications

  • Regularly check your dashboard to monitor student signups

  • Consider creating a custom link that’s easy for your students to remember

  • Include the link in your email signature for easy reference
